Our hotel breakfast
Having a glass of fresh orange juice and an invigorating coffee served alongside a crusty roll with cheese or cold cuts while reading the paper – that is your uplifting start to a new day. If you are looking for a healthier meal, you will find a wide selection of fresh fruit and muesli or scrambled eggs at our breakfast buffet.
Sit under the glass dome in modern surroundings and enjoy a view of the hotel’s park-like surroundings. In the summer, there is also plenty of seating available on our breakfast patio. A fortifying start to the day!
If you register in advance, we are happy to accommodate special dietary requirements.

We have been running the Kanapé in the Hotel Caroline Mathilde in Celle with wallbaum & fahl hotelservice gbr since 2004. Then as now, our goal is to provide you with enjoyable hours with a large selection of wines, regional dishes and other delicacies!
Over 30 wines served by the glass and a selection of bottled wines are waiting to be discovered and tasted. Top wines from Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain (Mallorca) and South Africa make every wine connoisseur’s heart beat faster. Exclusive in Celle: Früh Kölsch from the barrel!
Delicious starters, crispy tarte flambée and homemade salads – delicious desserts round off the offer!

Due to severe staff shortages, we cannot guarantee that the canapé will be open continuously at the moment. If we are closed, we will make reservations for you in selected Celle restaurants!
